The Greeks knew it. The Romans knew it. And MJCC's Therapy Pool Program has
been proving it since 1925: getting into comfortably warm water (94°F) reduces pain naturally.
Plus, the water has
Buoyancy to reduce joint stress and minimize balance problems.
Gentle, variable resistance to develop strength and endurance safely.
Hydrostatic pressure to reduce swelling, and improve heart and lung function as well as help regulate blood pressure.
Whether you're recovering from illness, surgery or injury, or just living with the aches and pains of everyday life, water can help. Please ask your physician if you can benefit from aquatic therapy or exercise. Then come on in . . .
