Fitness + Wellness Programs

Our wellness programs require advanced registration. If a minimum participation is not met 24 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled. . Get (4) one-on-one 45-minute Personal Training sessions with the personal trainer of your choice. Choose between traditional, nutritional, yoga, or pilates, or mix and match

Are you feeling behind in what you’ve had in mind for your own intentions? Give yourself the gift of a 90-minute “restart.” Reconnect with your goals and intentions that you made earlier this year and decipher what’s important for you. Christine will help you design a personal plan of support for moving forward through the year.

Learn the four main toxic communication styles that create tension in relationships. See where you are contributing to toxic situations, and how you can manage your own reactions in order to lessen, rather than fuel, toxicity. Leave with your own personal plan to move you toward healthier,
