Our wellness programs require advanced registration. If a minimum participation is not met 24 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled. Traditional, nutritional, yoga, pilates, or mix and match! Get four one-on-one, 45-minute sessions with the personal trainer of your choice. See Personal Training for descriptions.

Anti-Inflammatory Eating Made Easy *
