What do I need to bring to a game?
Bring your shoes, shinguards, and a bottle of water.
What kind of shoes can i wear on the field?
Players may use indoor soccer shoes, tennis shoes, and turf shoes.
Players may not wear hiking boots, molded or screw in cleats.
Do I need to pay the refs?
Each team pays the ref $8 per game before the game starts.
How many players on the field at once for adult leagues?
5 players plus a goalie.
Coed Leagues Must Have 2 Women on the Field at all Times.
Is there a goal limit for men in Coed?
Yes, Men can score 3 goals in a Coed game.
What is a macho rule?
A macho rule is a foul in Coed play where it is determined a player is playing too aggressively for the given game situation.
A few examples are:
Blasting shots at close range with people in the way of the goal.
Bigger players playing overly physical with smaller players.
Our main goal in all leagues is to play good, safe soccer. Play that prevents our players from achieving this will be dealt with accordingly.
