Membership Cancellation Policy
(Must be received by 20th day of current month to avoid next month’s dues)
Please note: all memberships are for a minimum initial term of one year. Therefore, no cancellations are effective during the first 12 months of membership.


Classes and Programs Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be given when the MJCC cancels a program or a participant requests to drop a class at least 24 hours before the first class. The MJCC reserves the right to cancel, change or combine programs at any time. Refunds are not available for donations.


Day Camp Cancellation Policy
MJCC Day camp reserves the right to cancel camp programs due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Should cancellations occur, Day Camp staff will contact the parents/guardians prior to the camp and refunds or transfers will be given. Typically, this will occur seven to ten days before a camp begins. MJCC Day camp also reserves the right to dismiss a camper whose behavior violates our Behavior Agreement, in which case no refund is given. Any changes or cancellations will be charges $50 per camp. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start of camp will not be refunded.


MJCC Statement of Non-Discrimination
The Mittleman Jewish Community Center (MJCC) assures that no person shall be discriminated against because of race, color, creed, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, religion, political affiliation, veterans status, physical, sensory or mental disability, familial status, or any other reasons protected under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, section 504 of the Rehabilitation act of 1973 and the Americans with Disability Act. Employees, volunteers, and the families of employees or volunteers can be served in MJCC programs as long as they meet eligibility requirements for a program; such individuals shall not receive preference over other individuals eligible for a program nor be discriminated against because of being an MJCC employee, volunteer, or family member of an employee or volunteer.

What Information We Collect and How We Use That Information
Our registration forms require users to give us contact information that may include name, email address, format preference (HTML vs. text), address, interests, and similar information. We do not request or store sensitive information such as social security numbers from our visitors.

Donor Privacy Policy
The Mittleman JCC does not and will not sell, trade, or share a donor's personal information with any other agency or entity.

Internet Protocol Address
We collect an IP address from all visitors to our site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our site, analyze trends, track users' movement, gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in order for us to improve the site, and deliver customized, personalized content.
