The Details You Need
- Hours: 10:00 pm - 5:00 am
- Decoration: May begin anytime after 8:00 pm. Nothing may be affixed directly to the walls. (See terms and conditions for complete rules).
- Chaperone Requirement: Ratio of 1:20
- Food: All food must be commercially prepared and not contain any pork or shellfish. Clients must cover all tables and will not have any access to kitchen supplies including refrigeration and sinks.
- Miscellaneous: Please provide your own first aid kits and notify us in advance if you plan to have police presence.
Fair Package Prices
- $2,700: 50-100 students
- $3,900: 101-250 students
- $5,100: 251+ students (towel service not available)
Packages Include
- Set up and clean up*
- A minimum of 2 MJCC General Staff: no security guard on site.
- Full Ballroom
- Lobby/Cafe: no food or beverage service.
- Gymnasium with basketballs. Scoreboard not included. Set up prior to 10:00 pm depends on availability. (Food/drink not allowed in the gym).
- Main Pool with state ratio of lifeguards 11:00 pm - 12:30 am. Hours can be adjusted if needed.
- Towel Service (one towel per student)
- Access to our luxurious locker rooms, with hot tub, sauna, steam room, make up area for women, lounge, showers and other amenities. Only available during pool hours.
*MJCC staff will set up tables and chairs per request prior to 8pm and put them away at the end of the party. MJCC Staff will vacuum and clean restrooms, etc. at the end of the party. Client is responsible for taking trash and recycling to the dumpster throughout the night as needed as well as removing all items brought in by 5am and returning moved furniture to its original location. MJCC will provide trash bags.
Cool Extras To Boost The Party
- Dance Floor: $150
- AV Equipment: Call for Prices
- Lobby/Cafe for food/beverage service: $550
- Rock Wall: $60/hr. (2 students on the rock wall at a time)
- Main Pool Additional Hours: $150/hr.
- Warm Water Pool: $90/hr (includes additional lifeguard. Pool is 3-5’ deep, 94°.)
- Sportsplex: $250/hr. (excludes gymnastics area, includes 1 additional MJCC staff person)
- Racquetball Courts: $15/hr per court (3 courts available)
