Adult Personal Training
Personal Training is the most effective way to get results and achieve your fitness goals in the shortest time possible. Our Personal Training Program consists of:

Personalized goal assessment
Nutrition education and coaching
Tailored cardiovascular exercises

Personal
Member: $50 Guest: $60 per hour
Member: $30 Guest: $40 per .5 hour
Packages: 5 for $237, 10 for $450

Couples
Member: $40/person per hour
Packages: 5 for $180/person, 10 for $360/person.

Private Pilates Reformer Personal Training

Pilates Reformer machine is a sliding platform with a series of pulleys, springs and straps that encourages you to use correct posture and maintain stability while you are exercising. Using the springs, you can increase the resistance as you gain proficiency, letting you further define and tone your muscles.

Pilates Reformer Personal Trainer

AMANDA BYARS

With a BFA in Dance and STOTT certifications in mat and reformer, Amanda helps her clients reach their individual fitness goals through the mind/body connection. Applying creativity, communication and motivation, she utilizes her extensive dance knowledge combined with her Pilates education to teach her clients. Amanda’s goal is to create a fun, safe and exciting Pilates experience that will satisfy each persons specific needs.

JENNIFER FELBERG
Jennifer comes to Personal Training from a varied background. Being a certified personal trainer, a group fitness instructor, a licensed esthetician, and a professional singer and choreographer, Jennifer incorporates a “whole body“ approach to health and fitness. Using a variety of methods she calls “attacks,” you will never be bored. She focuses on achieving a fun, efficient and non-intimidating environment.
JODIE OSTROVSKY Jodie has been involved in fitness for over 25 years. Having watched the industry grow from the first group aerobic classes in the 1980’s, Jodie takes pride in keeping abreast of the latest fitness developments. Jodie designs her sessions to fit the individual needs of her clients and make exercise a fun part of their daily life. “There are so many ways to work out now, everyone can find something to keep their interest.”


MARTIN WILSON
Martin believes that when you achieve physical fitness, you also gain a more confident attitude toward life. He motivates, educates, and supports his clients to help them realize and achieve their goals. His certifications include: International Sports and Sciences Association, National Academy of Sports Medication, APEX Fitness & Nutrition, Body Pump Instructor, Leg and Abs Instructor.

 


LISA FRANCO

With a degree in psychology and fitness, Lisa has worked in the health and fitness industry for three years. She specializes in strength development, cardiovascular conditioning, and working with adults age 50 and older. She is certified through ACSM. Franco’s specialties include lower back strengthening, general fitness, injury prevention and weight management.
