JENNIFER FELBERG Jennifer comes to Personal Training from a varied background. Being a certified personal trainer, a group fitness instructor, a licensed esthetician, and a professional singer and choreographer, Jennifer incorporates a “whole body“ approach to health and fitness. Using a variety of methods she calls “attacks,” you will never be bored. She focuses on achieving a fun, efficient and non-intimidating environment. |
JODIE OSTROVSKY Jodie has been involved in fitness for over 25 years. Having watched the industry grow from the first group aerobic classes in the 1980’s, Jodie takes pride in keeping abreast of the latest fitness developments. Jodie designs her sessions to fit the individual needs of her clients and make exercise a fun part of their daily life.

MARTIN WILSON Martin believes that when you achieve physical fitness, you also gain a more confident attitude toward life. He motivates, educates, and supports his clients to help them realize and achieve their goals. His certifications include: International Sports and Sciences Association, National Academy of Sports Medication, APEX Fitness & Nutrition, Body Pump Instructor, Leg and Abs Instructor.

LISA FRANCO
With a degree in psychology and fitness, Lisa has worked in the health and fitness industry for three years. She specializes in strength development, cardiovascular conditioning, and working with adults age 50 and older. She is certified through ACSM. Franco’s specialties include lower back strengthening, general fitness, injury prevention and weight management.
