Ways to Support the MJCC!
For more than 100 years, the Mittleman Jewish Community Center has been the “living room” of Portland’s Jewish Community. In a typical year, 12,000 people come through the doors of the MJCC, and nearly 4,000 individuals utilize our facilities as members. Membership, program fees, and rentals account for approximately 86% of our annual revenue, and we are dependent upon donations and grants to make up the difference.

Here is what your generous, tax deductible donation to the MJCC supports:
• Scholarships to benefit seniors on fixed incomes and others in need;
• Arts and cultural programming that put the “Jewish” in MJCC;
• Our warm water pool, which provides therapeutic healing for members who need it most;
• Day Camp scholarships, new equipment in the fitness center, facility upgrades, and so much more.
We are committed to ensuring that no one is ever turned away due to an inability to pay.
Look For Corporate Matching
Many companies offer corporate matching opportunities. If you give to the MJCC, your company may match that and give to the MJCC right along with you! Check with your Human Resources representatives to find out if your company participates!
