Stingrays College 2026-2027 Registration

In order to complete your registration, you must fill out and submit all of the following documents.  Numbers 1, 2, and 4 must be done yearly; number 3 (payment authorization) only needs to be redone if your payment method changes.

These forms are ONLY for college students and older.  If you are a parent registering your swimmer, please return to the main page and select Stingrays or Junior Rays registration!

Please review the Stingrays Parent Handbook and Policies before registering.  (Even though it says "Parent," there is info about meets (and how they are charged) and policies that you will need to know!)

  1. Stingrays Adult Registration Form
  2. USA Swimming Registration*
  3. Stingrays Payment Authorization Form
    • In the blank where you write in the level, just write "meets only."  You will only be charged for meet entries; there is no monthly fee.
    • All credit card payments at the MJCC incur an additional processing fee (currently 2.73%).  ACH payments have no additional fees.
    • Please return to Head Coach Jennie Condon either via email at jcondon@oregonjcc.org or in person.
  4. MJCC Guest Waiver (only needed for swimmers who are not MJCC members)

*USA Swimming Registration Details (this is easier on a computer than on a phone, and below directions are based the desktop site):

  • If you are current registered with another club or unattached, you just need to log in to your existing account and click "Club Transfer" on your dashboard page (under "My Account").
  • If you were previously registered when you were under 18, you may still be linked to your parent's account.  They can log in, click on you, and there will be an option to "release" you so you can create your own account.
  • If you have not been a USA Swimming member since about 2022 (or have never been one), you can just create your own account at the above link.  If you already have your account, when you go to the above link you can just sign in.
    • To create an account (this is not intuitive!):
      • Click on our registration link
      • You will be on a page that says "USA Swimming Online Member Registration - Manage Registrations for my Family."  Click "Login."
      • You will be on a login page.  Click "Back to SWIMS."
      • Click "Create a login" and follow the prompts.
      • If after creating the login it does not take you back to "USA Swimming Online Member Registration," close the window/tab and go BACK in through the registration link.  Follow the prompts to register from there.
      • Contemplate a future job as a programmer/designer for USA Swimming.
      • If you are trying to register and don't see these steps, let Coach Jennie know; it probably means they have changed the interface again.
  • You must complete the SafeSport "Athlete Protection Training" before your membership is valid (and again every 12 months to keep it valid).  Once you have registered, you'll find that in the top right under "Education" -> "Course Catalog" and then "SafeSport."
