What to Bring

We are thrilled to present this incredible line up of musicians. Here is important information on what to bring.

Gates to the concert will open promptly 30 minutes prior to show. When you arrive, you and your guest(s) will be asked to check in with a valid ID and will be given a wristband as entry, in lieu of a ticket. You will not have a physical ticket and will be checked-in at the registration table before entering the concert based on the name given at the time of ticket purchase. In the event that you will be arriving separate from your guest, please email Lenny Steinberg at lsteinberg@oregonjcc.org with the names of those in your party. There will be no re-entry so please ensure you have all items with you as you enter the show.

Food and soft beverages will be available for purchase by Century Catering.
Beer will be available for purchase by Leikam Brewing (for those 21+).
Outside food is allowed, but must be in nothing larger than a personal cooler. No outside alcohol is permitted.

Overflow parking will be available at our Warm Water Pool parking lot, Fanno Creek Clinic, and St. Barnabas Episcopal Church.

Please make sure to bring cash! It is up to each vendor whether or not they will be accepting credit cards.

For everyone's safety and enjoyment, all guests and their personal possessions are subject to an inspection prior to admittance into the venue.

The following items are permitted at all summer concerts unless otherwise noted:

  • Outside food is allowed, but must be in nothing larger than a personal cooler.
  • Water bottles (no glass, please)
  • Low-profile lawn chairs (seats no higher than 10 inches or seat backs higher than 33 inches from the ground).
  • Small blankets, beach towels and tarps (no larger than 6' x 6')
  • Personal umbrellas only for use up until the show starts, unless otherwise specified at the show
  • Binoculars

Prohibited Items

  • High-profile/standard height lawn chairs
  • Hard-sided coolers, wagons or baskets
  • Blankets, beach towels and tarps larger than a 6 'x 6'
  • Professional cameras (cameras with zoom lenses longer than 2 inches)
  • Recording devices (audio or video)
  • Fireworks or sparklers
  • Playpens
  • Throwing toys, including beach balls and frisbees
  • Laser pointers
  • Weapons
  • Musical instruments including drums
  • Tents
  • Skateboards or inline skates
  • Large/golf umbrellas or flags
  • Glass containers (except baby bottles)
  • Animals (except service animals)

Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking of any type, including vaping and electronic cigarettes
  • Tobacco use
  • Possession or use of illegal drugs
  • Outside alcoholic beverages
  • Furnishing minors with alcohol
  • Disorderly conduct
