Restart your health and wellness journey with our 21 in 21 Challenge!  It takes 21 days to cultivate a new habit and your MJCC fitness team is here to support you in the new year. Join in the fun and receive a daily email with a motivational tip and a challenge to keep you on track. Stay accountable and compete with our daily point system below.   • Open the daily email - 1 point
  • Perform the daily challenge - 1 point
  • Exercise - 1 point
  • Drink 64 oz. of water - 1 point
