Safe Falling with Intelligence and Style NEW!
Gaining strength and balance to reduce the likelihood of falling is the goal, but what do you do if you do take a misstep and go down? Talk to stunt pros, parachute users, and martial arts instructors and to learn that there is indeed a “correct” way to fall.
