Parents and kids can come to class together and have fun doing yoga poses, mindful practices, breathing exercises, partner poses, games, obstacle courses, and a variety of other creative explorations.

Alignment Tune-up Introduction
During these six to eight poses, you will learn which muscles are working and stretching. Participants will be adjusted in every pose and will have time to ask questions. Good for anyone who practices yoga and wants to check their alignment.

Build on the alignment introduction class with six to eight different poses.

Core Stability + Strength
Explore how the core stabilizes the whole body in standing, sitting and balancing. Workshop employs small hand weights, exercise balls, and foam rollers.

Upper Body Myofascial Release
Use balls and foam rollers to release long-held stress in the chest, arms, hands, upper back, and neck; then stretch the muscles that have been released.

Safe Falling with Intelligence and Style NEW!
Gaining strength and balance to reduce the likelihood of falling is the goal, but what do you do if you do take a misstep and go down? Talk to stunt pros, parachute users, and martial arts instructors and to learn that there is indeed a “correct” way to fall.
