"Thank you for offering the recent Osteopenia/osteoporosis exercise class taught by Dr. Ariel Salzman. Each session was well-paced, contained enough variety to keep me very interested and, with all the available equipment, offered so many options. What I liked best was that I could follow a well-paced program with research-based exercises and suggestions for adjustments. Measuring our individual progress was a benefit! Our wellness programs require advanced registration. If a minimum participation is not met 24 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled. Please note: All Health + Wellness programs can also be taken on an individual basis with the instructor. Email fitness@oregonjcc.org for more information.
