Senior All Night Grad Parties

You bring the games; we bring the fun, safe, and flexible venue for your school's graduation party. Dance, swim, and play all night at the J!

The Details You Need

Party Hours: 10:00 pm - 4:00 am. Please inquire about alternate timing.
Decoration: May begin anytime after 8:00 pm in the Ballroom and Lobby; other locations TBD. Nothing may be affixed directly to the walls or floors.
Chaperone Requirement: Ratio of 1:15; minimum of 10 chaperones.
Food: All food must be commercially prepared and may not contain any pork or shellfish. Clients must cover all tables and serving surfaces, and will not have access to kitchen supplies, including refrigeration and sinks.
Miscellaneous:
- We require a completed waiver from each graduate and a certificate of insurance from the lessee.
- Please provide your own first aid kit and notify us in advance if you plan to have school security presence.
- We will provide a night of checklist and venue use FAQ sheet once a contract is signed.

Set up and tear down of our tables, chairs, and other furnishings and equipment as agreed.
A minimum of 2 MJCC General Staff; no security guard on site.
Ballroom - perfect for dance parties, movies, VR games, and closing show.
Lobby and Café seating area - ideal for snack area and casino or board games.
Gymnasium with basketballs. Scoreboard not included. Set up prior to 9:00 pm depends on availability. Food and drinks not permitted in the gymnasium. Ask us for recommendations for inflatable or laser tag rentals.
Main Pool with state ratio of lifeguards (1:25) from 11:00 pm - 1:00 am. Includes basketball hoop and pool toys. Our inflatable can be added for an additional cost. Please ask us about extending your pool time.
Use of our locker rooms during pool hours for showering and changing. No access to hot tubs, saunas, or steam rooms.

Dance Floor: $200 flat fee.
Main Pool Additional Hours: $275/hr.
Pool Inflatable: $300 flat fee for 2 hours.
Warm Water Pool: $200/hr (includes additional lifeguard). Pool is 3 - 5’ deep and 92° - 94°.
