MJCC Summer Day Camp - Cancellations + Refund Policy

Caretaker-Initiated Cancellations

• More than 21 days before camp: You will receive a refund, minus a $25 processing fee per child, per camp week.

• Less than 21 days before camp: No refunds will be issued. Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to your registered camp week to receive a refund.

Camp-Initiated Cancellations

• MJCC Day Camp reserves the right to cancel programs due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

• If we must cancel a camp, our staff will contact you prior to the start date to arrange a full refund or a transfer to another week.

Behavior-Related Dismissals

• MJCC Day Camp reserves the right to dismiss any camper whose behavior violates our Behavior Agreement.

• No refunds will be given if a camper is dismissed for behavioral reasons.

• Please review the Behavior Agreement on our website with your camper prior to the start of camp.
